True North: The Life Aligned

We have to be convinced that the God-life is the good life—otherwise we’ll never truly want to follow Him. Right alignment starts with loving God and loving others, because real freedom isn’t doing whatever we want; it’s becoming who we were made to be. And we can’t love like Jesus unless we imitate Him, learn from Him, and live like Him—because encountering His love is what makes us want to love the way He does.
